Restaurateurs Gillis and George Poll bring their hospitality expertise to Huntington with The Bryant, an urban-style restaurant located next to the Walt Whitman Mall. Spanning 10,000 square feet, the space features a striking central bar, an impressive open kitchen, and a design that features urban American bistro character.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, defined by white tile walls, antique mirrors, rich wood accents, and plush seating. Three private dining rooms offer elegant settings for meetings, celebrations, and special events.
